We allow permission based email so long as the affiliate is in compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws applicable to email marketing. Affiliates must also be in full compliance with the Federal Can Spam Act. You cannot send unsolicited email (also known as spam) in any way. There will be no leniency in cases of unsolicited email, and affiliates that violate this policy will forfeit their referral fees and be removed from the program. |

How and when will I be paid? |

Liberty Direct will mail a check to you on a monthly basis as long as our account has accumulated at least $100. Balances of less than $100 will be rolled over until the $100 minimum is reached, at which point the account will be paid in the next monthly cycle. |
